Journey overview
The “Villas de Mer” are located right by the “Grande Anse” beach at Praslin's south west coast with a view of the islands Cousin and Cousine. Having just recently been refurbished, it offers a restaurant, a large pool and 10 mini suites, spaciously distributed in 3 building complexes. The main building of the estate has also been modernised, but has been kept in the traditional plantation style.
Each suite contains a spaciously cut and air conditioned double bedroom. Additionally, there's a comfortable seating area, a private verandah with a ground level exit and a large bathroom with a shower and a blow dryer. In every suite you'll find ceiling fans in addition to the air conditioning as well facilities to prepare tea and coffee. Also there's a mini bar and a safe. The furniture of the suites is very modern. Only in the year 2011 all rooms were equipped with solid wood furniture from Bali.
Right near the main building, you'll find the beach restaurant offering exquisite Creole and international cuisine. The small hotel receives our special recommendation, also because of the excellent level of care it receives from the owner and the staff.
