MEDICAL PROGRAM:

1.1 Initial examination by a physiatrist
In addition / self-funded – if necessary: consultation with an orthopaedist or neurosurgeon

1.2 Diagnostic examinations and tests

• 1 ultrasound
• 1 functional status assessment (measurements and assessment scales)
• In addition / self-funded – if necessary: EMG, MRI scans, lab tests.

1.3 Hydrotherapies in unique thermal mineral water = 5x
After consultation, the physician chooses from: underwater massage, pearl bath, bath in black thermal mineral water, hydrogymnastics (in a group and/or individual sessions).

1.4 Kinesiotherapies = 7x
After consultation, the physician chooses from: guided therapeutic gymnastics (group), individual active exercises (special methods: Bobath, Kabat), individual assisted exercises, relaxation exercises, breathing exercises, passive joint exercises, continued passive motion (Artromot), school of walking. 

1.5 Electrotherapies = 5x
After consultation, the physician chooses from: electrical muscle stimulation, iontophoresis, myofeedback, interference currents, TENS, diadynamic currents, galvanisation.

1.6 Thermal therapies = 5x
After consultation, the physician chooses from: fango mud, thermal pack, hilotherapy, ultrasound. 

1.7 Magnet therapy and laser therapy = 5x
After consultation, the physician chooses from: magnet therapy – local application, magnet therapy – pad, laser therapy.  

1.8 Manual therapy = 2x
After consultation, the physician chooses from: Cyriax therapy, Trigger point therapy.  

1.9 Mechanotherapy = 3x
After consultation, the physician chooses from: partial massage (20 min), partial manual massage (10 min), full-body massage (45 min), manual lymphatic drainage, mechanical lymphatic drainage.

2.0 Complementary medicine / = if necessary (in addition / self-funded): acupuncture after consultation with a physician.

2.1 Final examination by a physiatrist              

•  1 set of discharge documents (with translation into Russian or English)
•  1 set of additional instructions, instructions for further work
