MEDICAL PROGRAM
1.1 Initial examination by a cardiologist
In addition / self-funded – if necessary: consultation with a cardiac surgeon, angiologist, neurologist, diabetologist, gastroenterologist, urologist, orthopaedist
1.2 Diagnostic examinations and tests
- 1 cycle ergometry
- 1 cardiac ultrasound
- In addition / self-funded – if necessary: carotid ultrasound with colour Doppler, abdomen ultrasound, soft tissue ultrasound of the neck (thyroid, lymph nodes, etc.), ECG, Holter ECG monitoring.
- Holter blood pressure monitoring, spirometry, ultrasound, of the lower limb arteries and veins, lab tests.
1.3 Dietary advice
- drinking treatment with the healing Radenci natural mineral watter – prescribed by the cardiologist / 3 times a day
- 1 consultation with a nutritionist
- 1 analysis of dietary habits and a suggested suitable menu
1.4 Hydrotherapies in unique thermal water = 12x
After consultation, the physician chooses from: underwater massage, Hubbard tank, Radenci mineral bath with CO2, hydrogymnastics (in a group and/or individual)
1.5 Kinesiotherapies = 12x
After consulation, the physician chooses from: guided therapeutic gymnastics, relaxation exercises, Nordic walking, interval cardio training
1.6 Mechanotherapy
12 therapeutic body massages (20 min)
1.7 Thermal therapies = 12x
After consultation, the physician chooses from: fango mud, thermal pack, cyro-pack
1.8 Final examination by a cardiologist
- 1 cycle ergometer test (with an analysis of the treatment results)
- 1 set of discharge documents (with translation into Russian or English)
- 1 set of additional instructions, instructions for further work
